Event Overview
The Run For The Hall 5K & Health Expo is a community running event held on the campus of Saint Mary's Hall in San Antonio, Texas. The event offers a 5K distance for running, walking, or jogging, as well as a shorter Kids Dash. All participants in the 5K receive a finisher's medal.

The event takes place at Saint Mary's Hall, located at 9401 Starcrest Drive. Race day packet pickup is available on-site. Registration costs vary, with an early rate of $25 through December 31, 2025, increasing to $35 thereafter. A race day registration option is available for $45. The Kids Dash registration is $15. A shirt is guaranteed for those who sign up before March 9, 2026.

The event features a health expo with various vendor booths. The organizer states there are no refunds for this event. In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond their control, such as unsafe weather, race packets and shirts will be available for pickup at a later date and location.
