Run for the Chick Mission
This event is a charity track meet held to raise funds for the Chick Mission, a nonprofit focused on oncofertility and fertility preservation for young women diagnosed with cancer. Funds support Hope Grants that help cover the cost of egg freezing ahead of lifesaving treatment and related advocacy work.
The fundraiser takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, with a raindate of Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 1 Lincoln Drive, Cresskill, NJ, on the school track. Registration is open from April 7, 2026 until April 24, 2026. Registration fees are $20 for general admission, $17 for Cresskill High School students, and $14 for children under 13 and adults over 65. All proceeds go to a personal fundraising campaign in support of the Chick Mission.
The meet will include several track events and a community walk. Event formats listed by distance:
- Male and female mile races
- Male and female 100 meter dashes
- Kids 800 meter run
- Community mile walk
Participants may run, walk, or attend to support the fundraising effort. The event is organized by a high school ambassador participating in a high school ambassador program and focuses on raising awareness and financial support for fertility preservation access for young women facing cancer.
