Run for Sobriety

Run for Sobriety is an annual event held in Langley, British Columbia, at Noel Booth Elementary School. Celebrating its 5th edition in 2025, the event offers 5K and 10K running or walking options in an inclusive atmosphere that supports individuals pursuing sobriety, recovery, or healthier relationships with substances. It aims to raise awareness about substance use and mental health, with all proceeds benefiting the Canadian Mental Health Association - BC.

The event features a community-focused environment with live music and a BBQ following the race. Supported by local sponsors, it encourages participation through donation-based registration and fosters a stigma-free space for sharing stories and support.
