4th Annual Run for Resilience

The 4th Annual Run for Resilience takes place in Queen Creek, Arizona, starting and ending at Pecan Lake Entertainment. Managed by StartLine Racing, the event focuses on raising awareness for teen mental health wellness and connecting the community with local resources. Proceeds support the Rotary Club of Queen Creek and the Hope Mental Health Foundation.

Participants can choose from three different distances:

  • 10 km run or walk
  • 5 km run or walk
  • 1 mile walk

The event is held at a venue where local vendors and mental health providers are present. All participants receive a custom event finisher's medal and a custom dri-fit shirt. For those competing in the 10 km and 5 km distances, age group awards are provided for the top three male and female finishers in categories ranging from 8 and under to 80 and over.

A "Runner's Brunch" featuring fruit, granola bars, water, and Gatorade is available for participants. Real-time results and photos are provided by the organizers. While leashed pets are welcome, strollers and wheelchairs are not recommended due to the nature of the course. The use of bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, or motorized devices is prohibited on the course.

Packet pickup is available the afternoon before the race at Pecan Lake, as well as on the morning of the event. Registration is open to all skill levels. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
