Run For His Glory - Howell, MI
Run For His Glory is a community 5K event held on 08/08/2026 at 400 Wright Rd, Howell, MI 48843. The event offers both an in-person 5k Run/Walk and a Virtual 5k Run/Walk. Distances include:
- 3.1 Miles for the in-person 5k.
- 3.1 Miles for the virtual 5k.
Registration windows and fees are provided separately for each option. In-person registration opens May 5, 2026 and closes July 26, 2026. Virtual registration opens May 29, 2026 and closes August 8, 2026. Published fee amounts include $35 for pre-registration before or on July 8, 2026, $40 for registrations after July 8, 2026 (t-shirt not guaranteed), and $45 for race day registration. Virtual entries list a registration fee and note that a t-shirt and finishers medal will be mailed to virtual participants.
The course is described as mostly flat with very few elevation changes and will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. For safety, no dogs or pets are allowed. Strollers are permitted; stroller users are asked to line up at the back of the starting area. The event includes post-race food, drinks, and music. Proceeds support Love INC and student athletes around Livingston County. Cross country teams may use the race to assess preseason times.
Awards are planned for Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female (40 and over), and 1st place in multiple age groups from 9 and under up to 70 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
