2026 Run for a Beer - Gardner
The Run for a Beer is a community 5K event held at Moon Hill Brewing in Gardner as part of the brewery's Oktoberfest activities and hosted by the North Medford Club. The course starts and ends at Moon Hill Brewing.
Event proceeds benefit the Gardner and Narragansett track and cross country teams. The entry package includes a free pint glass and, for those 21 and over, a beer or cider; a non-alcoholic cider option is available. The first beer included with registration will be served at the end of the race.
Awards are given to the top three overall male, female, and nonbinary finishers among runners, plus first place in each running age group. Walkers receive awards for the top three male, female, and nonbinary finishers.
Registration pricing is tiered: early registration is $35 through 8/14, then $40 from 8/15 to 9/20, and $45 from 9/21 to 9/26. Participants who register by 8/14/2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt.
