Run Fest Port Macquarie : Event information
Run Fest Port Macquarie is scheduled for 2 May 2027 and features multiple timed running events held in the Town Green precinct and nearby course areas. Distances offered include:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 3 km Family Fun Run
Online entry deadlines include Super Early Bird until 31 March 2026, Early Bird until 31 August 2026, and online entries close 28 April 2027. Race bib pickup takes place at the Country Women’s Association Room at Town Green on Friday 30 April 2027 and Saturday 1 May 2027; there is no race kit pickup on race day. Timing chips are integrated into race bibs and all events are net timed.
The event will use rolling or wave starts to manage numbers on course. Cut off times are published by distance, for example the marathon cut off is 6 hours and the half marathon cut off is 4 hours. All finishers receive a medal; trophies for overall 1st–3rd male and female are awarded in the marathon, half marathon, 10 km and 5 km. A contactless bag drop with numbered tags is provided in the Town Green precinct and is used at competitors’ own risk.
On-course services include two aid stations approximately every 2 km with contactless self-serve hydration, toilets on course at West Port Park and Town Beach, and first aid at the race precinct and on route.
