About the race
Run Fest Port Macquarie is a community running festival held in Port Macquarie on 2 May 2027. The event offers multiple distances with separate races and awards, and uses net timing with timing chips integrated into race bibs.
Race distances:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 3 km Family Fun Run
Entry is via an online form with tiered pricing: Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and General Entry, and online entries close on 28 April 2027. Race bib pickup and event registration are managed from the Country Women’s Association Room at Town Green on the days prior to the event; mailed bib postage was available until the end of March 2027 for those unable to collect. Rolling or wave starts will be used to manage field spacing; all races are net timed.
Facilities and race services include contactless bag drop at the Town Green precinct, drink stations approximately every 2 km, toilets on course and in the event precinct, first aid locations, event photography and video provided free after the event, and finishers medals for all participants. Trophies are awarded to the first three overall male and female finishers in the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10 km and 5 km. No refunds are issued; entries may be transferred or changed subject to deadlines and fees. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
