Run 5.30 - Nottingham
The event takes place on Friday, 17 July 2026, at 5:30 am. The start location is Collin Street, Nottingham (NG1 7LS UK), next to Broad Marsh Bus Station. Participants are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the start.
The run covers a distance of approximately 5 km. Participation is open to all ages, with the total number of participants limited to 500.
Registration opens on 1 March online. The individual entry fee is £22 plus a £1.90 administration fee. Discounts are offered for group entries: a 5% rebate for four or more entries and a 10% rebate for ten or more entries.
The event entry includes a unique 2026 5.30 T-shirt, a 2026 5.30 medal, seasonal fresh fruit, drinking water, free downloadable event photographs, and a downloadable 5.30 magazine. Event merchandise is available for purchase online during registration.
T-shirt collection is scheduled for Thursday, 16 July at the Up & Running Store in the Exchange Arcade, Nottingham, from 10 am until 6 pm. Collection can be done by someone else on a participant's behalf.
