Kiwanis River Run
The Kiwanis River Run is a community running event in Fresno, California, held at George's River Ranch (formerly Panoche Creek River Ranch) near the San Joaquin River. The event supports the Pediatric Trauma Injury Prevention Program at Valley Children's Hospital.
The event offers multiple course options along scenic off-road and trail routes beside the river. The runner assembly area and start and finish are in a shaded, park-like setting with nearby free parking. There are three scenic routes along the San Joaquin River and course features include trees and riverside views.

- 10K Trail Run
- 5K Run/Walk
- 2 Mile Fun Walk/Run timed event with no placement awards
- Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run open to ages 10 and under
Race packet pick-up is available at Fleet Feet Fresno. Participants receive event apparel and a finisher medal, and the event provides a complimentary breakfast that includes crepes with strawberries and whipped cream, coffee, and juice.
