Royal Sutton Fun Run
The Royal Sutton Fun Run is an annual community walk, jog and run held in Royal Sutton Coldfield. Entrants follow an 8.5 mile route that runs around the town and park and the event is used to raise money for nominated charities, voluntary organisations and community interest groups.
The route begins with an uphill climb on Mill Street out of the town centre, passes the local police and fire stations and then turns left onto Anchorage Road. The course continues through streets and parkland in and around Royal Sutton Coldfield.
The event is organised with support from a range of local partners and sponsors. Organisations mentioned as supporting the run include HS Sports, Cookes Furniture and Sutton Coldfield Town Council, together with a number of commercial and community sponsors.
