Royal Sutton Fun Run
Royal Sutton Fun Run is an annual community running event centred on Royal Sutton Coldfield. The event uses a route of 8.5 miles that runs around the town and park. The route begins with an uphill climb along Mill Street out of the town centre, passes the police and fire stations, and then turns left onto Anchorage Road.
The event raises money for charity; entrants can nominate charities, voluntary organisations and community interest groups to receive sponsor money. The event lists supporting partners and commercial sponsors, and a sports company works with the event directors to help organise the run.
Organisers publish galleries of photos from previous years, with archived galleries covering events from 2014 through 2025. For the 2026 date the organiser offers entry categories with published prices: adult entry for those aged 15 and above on 31 May 2026, junior entry for those aged 14 and under on 31 May 2026, and a separate dog entry.
Information about course times, history and charity nominations is available through the event information sections. The description above summarises the route, charitable focus, entry categories and the presence of historical galleries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
