Rooikat Trail Run : Entle Private Game Reserve
The Rooikat Trail Run takes place on Sunday, 30 August 2026 at Entle Game Farm on Elands River Road. The event uses trails through a private game reserve in the Elands River Valley and includes single track, river crossings, climbs, and descents while sharing the landscape with local wildlife.
Participants can choose from three distances:
- 8 km
- 12 km
- 20 km
Entry fees are set by distance and listed in the event information. Pre-entries close on Thursday, 27 August 2026, and late entries are accepted on race day for an additional fee. No refunds are issued after entry confirmation. Substitutions are allowed; late substitutions carry an extra fee.
Category notes: A-Batch under 13 (primary school) may enter the 8 km only. C-Batch masters (50 and older) may enter the 8 km, 12 km, or 20 km routes. The event is not dog friendly.
