Rodeo Clown Roundup in Houston, TX
The Rodeo Clown Roundup returns on February 14, 2027 at Karbach Brewing Company, 2032 Karbach Street, Houston, TX 77092. The event resumes after a hiatus since 2020 and includes both in-person and virtual race options.
Distances offered include:
- 10K Run/Walk chip timed in person
- 5K Run/Walk chip timed in person
- Kids & Family 1K Run/Walk
- 10K Virtual Run/Walk
- 5K Virtual Run/Walk
- GUIDE categories for 10K and 5K for Guides to Adaptive Athletes
The in-person road course is described as flat and fast. Participants are encouraged to wear western attire or rodeo clown costumes. Every participant will receive a finisher medal and an event t shirt. Participants aged 21 and over are eligible to receive a complimentary beer at the finish.
Guide entries are intended for Guides to Adaptive Athletes. Guides are not eligible for awards and by default are not eligible for a bib, shirt, or medal; those items can be added for a fee.
Packet pickup is scheduled the Friday before the event at Karbach Brewing Company. Race day includes on-site activities, Singo Bingo in the Biergarten, brunch at Karbach Restaurant and Patio, Pizza and Pints, awards, and a KidsK event.
