Rocky Point Patriot Run
The Rocky Point Patriot Run takes place on November 14 at Rocky Point Community Forest with race activities beginning at the Choppee Recreation Center, 8259 Choppee Road, Georgetown, SC 29440. The event includes a series of races and a kids fun run.

Registration and fees differ by distance and date. For the 5K the fee is $30 for early registration through October 31, $35 for late registration November 1 to November 3, and $40 on race day. For the 10K the fee is $40 for early registration through October 31, $45 for late registration November 1 to November 13, and $50 on race day. To be guaranteed a T-shirt, registration must be completed by October 14. Available shirt sizes include adult S to XXL and youth S to L.
Awards are given for overall male and female, masters (40+) male and female, and the top two male and female in each age group. Age group categories are 10 & Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Packet pickup is available the day before on November 13 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Choppee Recreation Center and on the day of the event at the same location starting at 8:00am. Strollers are welcome. Dogs are allowed under restrictions: leashed, non-aggressive, owner cleanup required, and runners with dogs start in a designated wave or at the back.
