Rock The GazBar 5K
Rock The GazBar is a community 5 km event on October 11, 2026, held at The GazBar Sports Grill in Leominster, MA. The event includes in-person run and walk options plus a virtual 5 km option. Registration opens May 7, 2026 and closes September 27, 2026; the registration fee is $35.
All proceeds will support DIPG research at Boston Children’s Hospital. The event places a special focus on raising awareness for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma following the recent loss of a 7-year-old child to the disease. In the previous year the event raised more than $50,000 for related causes.
Event features listed by the organizer include free event swag for racers, food included with registration, cash prizes for top male and female finishers, a prize for the largest team, raffles, music, and other giveaways. Day of registration is available onsite. Payment is by cash or check only and an ATM is available onsite. Children under 10 are free with a registered adult. Dogs are not permitted.
