Rock Point Krkonošská výzva is a two-day trail running event held 25.–26. 9. 2026 in Špindlerův Mlýn, in the Krkonoše mountains with the race centre in the Svatý Petr area. The programme includes three distinct race options for individuals and for pairs, all routed on marked tourist trails and varying in distance and elevation.
Distances:
- Sky challenge: 1.4 km, 435 m elevation gain.
- Short challenge: 18 km, 803 m elevation gain.
- Long challenge: 34 km, 1 585 m elevation gain.
Short and Long share the first 18 km of route; the Long continues over mountain ridges including Kozí hřbety and a technical descent along Bílé Labe. Aid stations are placed on the Short and Long courses (notably at 7 km, at Svatý Petr/Areál and at 28 km for the Long); participants must carry their own collapsible cup. Trail markings and GPS tracks are provided. Saturday’s programme has a maximum field of 300 competitors.
Categories cover individuals (men/women) with age classes up to 39 and 40+, and pairs (men/women/mix) for Short and Long. Time limits and intermediate cutoffs apply on Short and Long; runners who miss cutoffs will be pulled from the course. Mandatory equipment includes a charged mobile phone with the race route, the Záchranka app and organiser contact, and a personal collapsible cup; Sky entrants also require a headlamp. Entry fees, included services and arrival logistics are detailed in the event materials; included race services list finishers’ medal, photos, numbered chip and refreshment at finish.
