Rock Hawk Trail Races
Rock Hawk is a trail race day at Philip S. Miller Park in Castle Rock, Colorado. The event offers multiple distances on the Miller Park and Ridgeline Trail systems.

The courses use rolling singletrack and nontechnical trail segments. Distances may vary slightly each year due to permitting. A portion of race proceeds benefits the open spaces and trails of Castle Rock and partner charities.
Support on course includes two cup-free aid stations that runners will pass multiple times depending on distance. Aid stations provide water, an electrolyte drink (Tailwind), sweet and salty snacks, and fruit. Runners may leave a weather-sealed drop bag at the start/finish area. Crew access rules vary by distance; for example the 25K course does not allow crew except as assigned volunteers at aid stations. Pacers are permitted on specified segments and must carry required gear and complete a gear check before pacing.
Event services listed for participants include official chip timing, a custom finisher award, finish-line photography, and live split tracking across the race weekend.
