Runners may leave a weather-sealed drop bag at the start/finish area. Crew and pacer rules vary by distance; for the 25K the permit does not allow crew on course and unauthorized crew assistance can result in disqualification. Pacers for some distances must carry the required runner gear and complete a gear check before pacing. Time limits apply for each distance.
