Roaming Shores Half Marathon
The Roaming Shores Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, with start and finish at the Clubhouse, 13 Roaming Rock Blvd., Roaming Shores, OH 44085. No dogs are permitted in the clubhouse area.
The course is a mostly flat loop around Roaming Shores Village and Lake Roaming Rock, described as scenic. USATF course certification is pending. Race timing and scoring will be provided by Stasny Road Racing. The event follows a course time limit of 3 hours 30 minutes.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, with finishers awards and age group awards also presented. Age categories include 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over.
Registration is available online through the event timing partner and by mail or drop-off of a completed entry form with payment made payable to STARS Club. Mail entries may be sent to STARS Club, P.O. Box 8, Rome, OH 44085, or dropped at the RRA Office drop box at 1875 US Route 6, Rome, OH. Entry fees change by date: $50 through 03/31/26, $55 through 04/30/26, $60 through 05/18/26, and $65 through race day. Race fees are nonrefundable and registration transfers are not permitted.
