Riverton Country Races - Riverton City Park
The event is a set of road races held at Riverton City Park in Riverton, Utah on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Distances offered are:

- 5K
- 1.776 Mile
Packet pick-up is available in advance (June 22–June 27) at RunGr8 Running Center in Riverton, and on race day at the Riverton City Park Rodeo Grounds Pavilion. Shirt inclusion and exchange are part of the registration policy; shirt sizes are guaranteed only for those who register during the General Registration period. Registration follows tiered pricing with early, general, and late periods, and there are no refunds after June 20. Registration may close early if caps are reached.
Course notes: the 5K follows a loop on 1300 W and Lover's Lane. In past years faster 10K runners have been able to join some 5K participants near the finish. There are two water stops on the course (one on the Jordan River Parkway Trail and one at the bottom of the S-curve on 1300 W); the 10K water stop #1 includes GU Energy Chews plus water and Gatorade. Portapotties are available near the S-curve on 1300 W.
Awards and swag: all finishers receive a finisher medal. Trophies are awarded to the top three overall men and women in the 10K and 5K; age-division prizes are given per the listed divisions; the 1.776 Mile awards top three finishers in each age division.
