Riverside Run/Walk on May 8, 2027 is a community running event held in Riverside, Connecticut. The event includes a main scenic road route through the Riverside neighborhood and a separate kids fun run.

Amenities listed for the event include T-shirts and an awards ceremony that follows the Kids Fun Run. Awards are given to the Top 3 male and female overall, Top 1 male and female teacher, and Top 3 male and female in the following age groups: 8 & under, 9-10, 11-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Registration is not yet open and will open ahead of the event date; the site offers a notification option for when registration goes live. Participants who register at least three weeks before the race will have their name printed on their bib. Registrations completed within 24 hours of bib pickup will receive a bib number by text within about 90 seconds; a self-lookup area is available at pickup.
Bib pickup is scheduled at Riverside School with an early session on Friday, May 8 and in-person pickup on race morning at Riverside School. Proceeds benefit Riverside School PTA programs that support classroom curriculum, teachers, staff, and the school community.
