Riverland BYU 2027 : Waitlist
Riverland Backyard Ultra takes place at Loveday Adventure Park in South Australia on 13 March 2027. The event follows Big's Backyard Ultra rules: runners complete a single loop each hour and continue until only one runner remains. The course is a rebuilt, restocked mixed-terrain loop of 6.71 km, combining trail, road and a touch of outback terrain.
Founders tickets are limited to 100 entries at $210, with subsequent price tiers listed at $230 and $250. Joining the waitlist grants 24-hour early access to the Founders registration link before public sale, plus an early preview of the course map and priority access for Team Ultra registration. The event offers options for solo runners, a backyard ultra entry, Team Ultra relay entries, crewing and volunteering, supporters and media.
Camping is available on site and the venue is presented as family friendly with full crew access. There are no medals or a conventional finish line; the format emphasizes one loop at a time until a sole finisher remains.
