River Edge Run, April 25, 2026
The 44th Annual River Edge Run is a community-sponsored event held in River Edge, New Jersey, with start and finish at Cherry Hill School, 410 Bogert Road, River Edge, NJ 07661. The event program includes a 5K race, a 5K health walk, and a one-mile fun run.
- 5K: open to runners and joggers; no strollers; awards by five-year age groups.
- 5K Health Walk: open to all ages; strollers allowed; water stations and timing clocks.
- 1 Mile Fun Run: open to all ages; T-shirts guaranteed if registered by 03/21/26.
The 5K is sanctioned and certified by USA Track & Field and designated a Grand Prix event (500 points). Race timing and results are provided by Best Racing Systems. The course runs through a tree-lined route with water stations and timing clocks at the one-mile and two-mile marks. A bag check is available on race day. Race proceeds benefit River Edge parks. Pre-event T-shirt and number pick-up is scheduled at local schools in the days before the race; race day distribution is subject to supply for late registrants.
Standard entry fees listed for the event are: 5K $30, 5K Health Walk $12, and 1 Mile Fun Run $7. Prices may increase after April 24, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
