Ridge Road Run : Fremont Nebraska
The John C. Fremont Days Ridge Road Run is a road race held at Christensen Field in Fremont, Nebraska. The event offers two distances and is run on a pancake flat course. It is chip timed, open to all ages and abilities, and organized by runners.
Distances
- 2 mile road race beginning at Christensen Field and looping near the industrial park.
- 5 mile road race beginning at Christensen Field, completing one loop around the industrial park, then continuing south on Ridge Road through a shaded neighborhood loop before returning to the field.
Participants receive t-shirts (sizes not guaranteed for registrations after 6/22). Awards are given to the top male and female finishers in each age group for each distance, and to the top three male and female overall finishers. The event provides on-course and finish line photography and race swag for each participant.
All registrations are final. The race is held rain or shine unless organizers determine it is unsafe or logistically impractical to proceed. All proceeds benefit the John C. Fremont Days Foundation and there are no refunds. Timing services are provided by run nebraska.
