Ridge Rambler Half Marathon : September 26, 2026
The Ridge Rambler Half Marathon is a Half Marathon event near Twin Lakes in Bridgeport, California, organized by Ridge Rambler 5K & Half Marathon. Registration is offered at two price points: $70 per person or $80 after July 31. Registration closes on September 25, 2026. Participants who register after August 26 are not guaranteed a t-shirt or medal. Net proceeds support Bridgeport Elementary School.
The course is point to point, with check in located on South Twin Road near the large parking area often labeled Lower Twin Lake Boating Site. The check in area is about one to two miles from the starting line. Runners may take a shuttle from check in to the start or drive along the road and park near the start; a shuttle will also be available at the finish to return runners toward the starting area.
There are three aid stations with water along the route. Water and snacks will be available at the finish, and finishers receive a medal. The course begins at about 7,100 feet, follows the lake, descends toward Buckeye Road (about 6,800 feet), then climbs a ridge with rolling hills to a highest point near 7,130 feet before finishing at about 6,600 feet.
