About the race

The RHBC Booze Run is a themed social trail event held on Saturday 5 December 2026. The event is based at RHBC and uses a roughly 6 km route through Settlers Park in Sunridge Park, Port Elizabeth. Along the route there are eight staffed Booze Points where participants can consume alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks before continuing to the final checkpoint inside RHBC. Entry details specified by the organiser include an entry fee of R350, an age restriction of 18 years and older, and a policy of no refunds.

Entries open on 1 January 2026 and pre-entries are limited; the organiser does not allow late entries. A Friday pre-registration session is listed to take place at RHBC before race day. The event carries a “Saints & Sinners” fancy-dress theme, encouraging participants to choose either angelic or rebellious costumes. The RHBC Booze Run is noted as dog friendly.

The event location is given as RHBC, 78 Lily Avenue, Sunridge Park, Port Elizabeth. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
