Retro Themed 5K in San Antonio
The Rewind Run 5K takes place at MLK Park in San Antonio, Texas. This event focuses on a 1980s theme, featuring period-accurate music and dedicated stations with themed items. Participants are encouraged to take part in an 80s costume contest, with awards provided for the top three entries. The race is held on a Saturday and proceeds regardless of weather conditions.

Participants receive several items as part of their registration, including a runner's bib, a t-shirt, and a finisher medal. Following the run, refreshments are provided, specifically a cold beverage and Kiolbassa sausage. An after-party follows the athletic portion of the morning.
The event utilizes professional timing services provided by IAAP. In addition to the in-person race at the park, there is a virtual challenge option for those unable to attend at the physical location.
