Resolution Run 2026 : Overview
The Resolution Run 2026 takes place on January 1, 2026, at Patterson Park in Baltimore, MD 21231. The event includes the following distances:

- Kids Dash (0.15K)
The 1 Mile and the Kids Dash are open to participants ages 14 and under. Proceeds and donations from the event benefit Earl's Place, a transitional housing program that supports men experiencing homelessness.
Race details and amenities
The 5K is chip timed and uses an expertly measured, marked course inside Patterson Park with one water stop. The 5K offers professional chip timing and live online results, finish line video available after the event, and a free downloadable finisher certificate and photo at the finish arch. Registrations for the 5K, 1 Mile, and Kids Dash include a soft long-sleeve t-shirt and on-site refreshments; the Kids Dash also includes a goodie bag with items from local partners such as Doxara, Pop! Baltimore, and Mouth Party Caramel.
Awards and categories
5K overall awards recognize the top finishers in male, female, and non-binary categories. 5K age group awards are given by gender and non-binary categories across these age brackets: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
