Logistics and extras
The 5K is a single loop and the 10K is a double loop on a course the organizers describe as among the flattest and fastest they use in North Georgia. Packet pickup is done on race morning starting one hour before the race. A course map is provided by the organizer.
Registration follows tiered pricing with preview, early bird, regular, late, and race-day levels. All registrations are final; there are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. Finisher medals are guaranteed for the first 500 registered. Long-sleeve race shirts are guaranteed for participants registered by the stated deadline; afterwards shirts are available while supplies last. Awards will be given in overall and age-category placements, including top 3 overall and top 3 in standard 5-year age groups from 10 & under through 75+. The event lists the Georgia Alliance for Breast Cancer as its charity partner. Volunteers who work the entire event can earn a free race entry and may receive a $50 Visa gift card under the organizer's volunteer conditions.
