Reid Adventure Course
The Reid Adventure Course is an obstacle event held at the IU East cross country course in Richmond, Indiana. This family-friendly event serves as a fundraiser for the Reid Health Foundation, with all proceeds supporting athletic training services, injury prevention, and care for student-athletes throughout the region.
The course spans 3 miles and includes over 12 obstacles. These challenges are designed to be self-limiting, allowing participants of various fitness levels to complete the course at their own pace. The route involves physical activities where participants may encounter mud and water while testing their strength, agility, and endurance.
Participants receive several items as part of the event, including:
- Official race shirts
- Finisher medals
- Post-race snacks
The event features a dedicated Fan Zone located near the course. This area includes a variety of activities for spectators and participants, such as local vendors, sponsor partners, and a Kona Ice truck.
