Redfish Lake Lodge Memorial Weekend Run

Memorial Day Weekend Race

An annual race at Redfish Lake Lodge in Idaho that begins and ends at the lodge. Courses use a combination of sand, gravel, paved and dirt trails and run around the lake and Point Campground. Organizers describe the route as scenic. The event includes a midday cold plunge on the docks after the races.

Packet pickup is available on Friday and Saturday in front of the lodge; Friday pickup is encouraged. The race is sold out for the listed year and there will be no day of registration. Registration for the Saturday race in 2027 will open on Thanksgiving Day 2026. Results for 2026 are listed.

Distances:

• 5k: relatively flat route around North Shore and Point Campground; $50 ($60 after March 1)
• 10k: mixed trails with paved hills on the back half; $60 ($70 after March 1)
• Half Marathon: mixed trail surfaces; starts and finishes at Lodge; $75 ($85 after March 1)
• Kids Race: one-mile loop around Point Campground for ages 3 to 10; free

Food and logistics: a pre-race meal is offered on the event area Friday with set prices for adults and children; race participants receive lunch with registration and additional meals are available for purchase. Lodging is available at Redfish Lake Lodge and nearby properties; campsites are managed by the U.S. Forest Service through Recreation.gov.
