Organized by Bigfoot Running Company, this event takes place on July 11, 2027 in San Marcos, Texas. The program includes in-person and virtual options across multiple distances, race shirts and finisher medals for all finishers, aid stations on course, bottled water and post-race snacks at the race rally tent, and a DJ at the rally tent.

Chip timing is used for the 4 mile, 8 mile, and half marathon events; the 2 mile and Kids Dash are not chip timed. Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the event. The shirt guarantee cutoff is 10 days before the event date. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite and dirt paths; events are typically held at parks and green belts.

Volunteer opportunities are available with specific roles such as water station, course monitor, finish line helper, sweeper, packet pickup, lead bike and a mascot role. Full race volunteers receive a Bigfoot race shirt, VIP access and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 prepaid digital gift card. The Volunteer then Run option includes a custom chip timed bib, shirt and finisher medal and is limited to the first 15 sign ups.
