Red Dress Run at Greenwich Park
Red Dress Run is the fifth Colour Walks event, a 5K fun run, jog, walk, or strut through Greenwich Park in London. The meeting point is Blackheath Gate and the route finishes at the top of the hill with views over Canary Wharf, the Thames, and the London skyline. Participants stop for a group photo at the finish.
The event has a clear dress code: a red dress, red skirt, red jumpsuit, or red co-ords, and trainers. Heels are not allowed; footwear must be suitable for moving through the park. There is no timing and no competition, and the organiser states that no one is left behind.
The run is free and takes place in person. There is an optional charity layer: participants may set up a JustGiving page for a women’s charity of their choice and share it before the event. The event notes that under 16s should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
