Ratoath AC Half Marathon 2026
The Ratoath AC Half Marathon takes place at Fairyhouse Racecourse in Ratoath on September 12, 2026. The event is permitted, certificate number 26/172. The course is described as flat and fast and is focused on helping participants prepare for an autumn marathon and target personal bests. The race starts at Fairyhouse Racecourse and finishes in front of the Fairyhouse Grandstand.
A finish cutoff time of three hours is enforced because of the Traffic Stop Go system on Fairyhouse Road. Participants who are significantly behind the group ahead of them or who are injured may be asked to take a lift from the event vehicle to mile 11 inside the Fairyhouse gate, from where they can complete the final two miles to the finish line.
Spectators are welcome. The venue policy does not allow dogs in the grounds of Fairyhouse including the car park. Walkers are not permitted and bikes used to pace athletes are strictly prohibited. Medals are provided for all entrants. T shirts are available as an optional extra for €15.95 including postage.
