Ratoath AC Half Marathon 2026
The Ratoath AC Half Marathon takes place on 12th September 2026 at Fairyhouse Racecourse in County Meath. The course is described as fast and flat with a finishing lap of Fairyhouse Racecourse that ends with a sprint finish in front of the Fairyhouse grandstand. The event is Athletics Ireland approved.
Number collection can be arranged by post or collected in person: Friday at Conway's Spar (6pm–8pm) and on Saturday at Fairyhouse from 7am. Post-race refreshments are provided in Fairyhouse prior to prize giving, which will be held 45 minutes after the winner crosses the line. Organisers note that, due to demand, not all finishers may receive a medal on the day; additional medals have been ordered and may be posted later.
On-course facilities include four water stations located at miles 3, 6, 9 and 11, with water also included in the Spar goodie bag. Parking is available with 10,000 free car parking spaces at Fairyhouse Racecourse close to the start and finish; entrance to the racecourse will close before the race so early arrival is advised. Medical cover is provided by Meath Civil Defence. There are no shower facilities on site.
