Ratoath AC Half Marathon 2026
The event is a Half Marathon held at Fairyhouse Racecourse in Ratoath on 12 September 2026. The course is described as flat and fast with a focus on personal best performances, and the finish is located in front of the Fairyhouse Grandstand. A permit has been approved, certificate number 26/172.
Safety and event controls include a three hour finish cut off linked to the Traffic Stop Go system on Fairyhouse Road. If a participant or group falls significantly behind or is injured, organisers will ask them to take a lift to mile 11, just inside the gate of Fairyhouse; from there participants may complete the final two miles to the finish.
Event rules and services specified by the organiser include no walkers and no bikes allowed on the course for pacing athletes. Spectators are welcome but the Fairyhouse Racecourse policy of no dogs applies to the racecourse and car park. All finishers receive a medal.
