Logistics and race features
Entry fees listed include: Half Marathon $75 ($80 after July 20), 5K $40 ($45 after July 20) with youth 12 and under $15, and 3K $40 ($45 after July 20) with youth 12 and under $10. Participants who register or fundraise by July 20 are guaranteed an event t-shirt. All participants receive finisher medals; 1st, 2nd and 3rd place age-group medals are awarded for the 5K and Half Marathon. There is a $100 prize for the overall first place male and female in both the 5K and the Half Marathon. Strollers are permitted only in the 5K and the 3K Walk/Wheel. Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals. Restroom facilities include outdoor port-a-johns and indoor restrooms. Packet pickup is held at RAMP, 202 Market Street, Rockford, IL. In the event of thunder or lightning, entry fees are considered donations; the event may be delayed up to 30 minutes for road closures.
