This event takes place on August 23, 2026 as part of the 31st Annual Ramah Navajo Fair and Rodeo in Pine Hill, New Mexico. It features running and walking events held on gravel and dirt roads at high elevation.

The 5K course is an out and back on gravel and dirt with a slight decline and incline. The 10K course follows gravel and dirt roads with rolling hills beginning after the first mile; after passing water tanks the route descends then includes a three quarter mile incline back to the finish. Course elevations range roughly from 7,300 feet to 7,600 feet.
Amenities listed for participants include marked courses, water stations, refreshments at the start and finish area, and portable restrooms. A massage therapist will be available on site. Awards are given by age group and for overall champions. Packet pick up is available on the event day at the event site. The first fifty registered participants receive event T shirts.
