About the race
Raid the Rock is scheduled for November 21, 2026, in the Central Arkansas region, with Little Rock as the nearby city for lodging and dining options.
The event offers two course options: a 4 hour sprint course and a 12 hour full adventure course. Both courses require advanced navigation skills and orienteering. Registration opens in August and follows a tiered fee schedule. For the 4 hour course the fees are $60, $75, and $90 depending on registration period. For the 12 hour course the fees are $100, $125, and $175 depending on registration period. The early bird period ends September 7, the regular period ends October 31, and late registration ends November 14.
Race divisions include teams of four, three, two, and a solo division. Subdivisions labeled Premier and Masters apply only to the full course. The Masters subdivision requires every team member to be at least 40 years old. Solo entrants in the 12 hour course must submit a resume to the race director before registering, and solo racers must meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Support crews are optional for all races.
Registration fees cover a race shirt for each racer, a post race meal for each team member and two support crew members, use of a provided canoe with PFDs and paddles, maps, and race entry. Lodging options are available in Little Rock and the surrounding area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
