Event Overview
The 14th Annual Racing for Donation is a running and walking event to raise awareness for organ, eye, and tissue donor registration in Mississippi. It takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at The District at Eastover in Jackson, Mississippi.
Distances
Participants can choose from three chip-timed race options:
- 5k Chip-Timed Walk
- 5k Chip-Timed Run
- 8k Chip-Timed Run
Registration and Fees
Online registration closes on Thursday, April 9, 2026, with same-day registration available on the morning of the event. Early bird pricing is available until March 13, 2026, after which individual registration increases from $30 to $35. Team registration is available for groups of four or more at a reduced per-person rate. The displayed prices are all-inclusive.
Race bibs and T-shirts can be picked up in person on Friday, April 10, at the event venue. T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 250 registrants.
Awards
Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in each race distance. Age group awards will also be given for categories from 19 & under to 70+. An additional award will be given for the largest participating team. Awards are anticipated to be presented around 9:30-9:45 AM and must be collected at the event or within 30 days afterward.
