Race for Life Nottingham - Victoria Embankment
Race for Life Nottingham takes place at Victoria Embankment beside the River Trent. The start and finish are on grass and the course is described as flat with a mixture of terrains. The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k route. Events are chip-timed.
The event is open to people aged 16 and over. A minimum fundraising target applies. Entry prices shown include a higher rate for adults and a lower rate for children.
Travel information and on-site arrangements include free event parking on a sports field accessed from Bathley Street, a separate Victoria Embankment car park for drop offs and volunteer parking, and two BP electric charging points at the car park. The nearest train station is Nottingham, around a 25 minute walk. There are no bike racks.
The event site provides refreshments and toilets, permits dogs, is suitable for pushchairs, and offers assisted wheelchair access; the main site is on grass with some uphill and downhill sections. Sunflower wristbands and dementia-aware staff are available on site, and a QR code will provide British Sign Language stage content. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support, community access, and a finishers medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
