The course uses hardstanding start and finish areas and is nearly all on tarmac, running along internal roads within the park. The route is predominantly flat with a small section on grass. The event is for people aged 16 and over and carries a minimum fundraising target of £50.00. The listed entry fee is £15.99.
The meeting point is on Central Avenue; participants are asked to enter via Rosary Gate and turn left down Carriage Drive South. The event area is located behind the all-weather sports ground. There is no general event parking; accessible parking for Blue Badge holders is available in Albert Car Park. The park is served by multiple bus stops on Battersea Park Road and Battersea Bridge Road, and it is within walking distance of nearby rail and tube stations.
On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets, allowance for dogs, pushchair suitability, and wheelchair accessibility with assistance. Bag drop, showers, and general parking are not available. Accessibility provisions include Sunflower wristbands at the enquiries marquee, staff trained as Dementia Friends, and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
