This event takes place at Gloucester Park, Park Road, Gloucester, GL1 1LH on Sunday 30 May 2027. It is organised by Cancer Research UK and includes fundraising as part of the entry, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.

The start and finish are on grass in Gloucester Park opposite the band stand. The course runs mainly on road closures and pathways through the city centre and the Historic Docks. The 10k course is a double lap of the 5k route, returning to Gloucester Park and looping back out into Spa Road. Surfaces on the route include tarmac and other hardstanding; only the start and finish are on grass, which may become soft or muddy in wet weather but should not affect the remainder of the course.
Travel and site notes: there is no participant parking in Gloucester Park; nearby city centre car parks include Gloucester Quays. The nearest bus stop is The Park outside one of the park entrances and the nearest train station is about a 10 minute walk. Blue badge parking is available at Gloucester Quays car park (Southgate Street) approximately 600 m from the start/finish.
Facilities listed as available include refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed, pushchairs are suitable, and the event can be accessed by wheelchair users with assistance due to the grass start/finish.
