Blackburn Race for Life at Witton Park
This Race for Life event takes place at Witton Park in Blackburn on 10 June 2026 and is open to participants aged 16 and over. The event includes multiple distances and has a minimum fundraising target of £50.

The start and finish are on grass. The route combines grass and surfaced path and is mostly flat with areas of downhill. The 10 km course is run as two laps. The start and finish lines are located on the large grass area opposite Witton Park Arena.
Parking is available at Witton Park Main Car Park; charges apply (80p for 2 hours or £1.80 for the whole day) and machines accept coin and card payments including contactless. Blue Badge parking is available at the main car park. Volunteer parking is at Tower Road Car Park. There are no electric vehicle charging points and no cycle racks at the event. The nearest train station is Cherry Tree, about 0.5 miles away, with a considerable walk on surfaced paths to the site. Bus stops on Tower Road are a short walk from the event.
The route has been assessed as wheelchair accessible with assistance. On-site accessibility support includes sunflower wristbands, staff trained as Dementia Friends, and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
