Race for Grace Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Run/Walk
Race for Grace is the 10th annual Pregnancy and Infant Loss remembrance run and walk organized by Sufficient Grace Ministries in Deshler, Ohio. The event spans from September 30 to October 3, 2026 and includes both in-person and virtual participation options for the 5K and the remembrance walk. The in-person location is the SGM Headquarters at 140 W Maple St., near Deshler Reservoir.
The event offers memorial elements alongside the athletic activities. Participants may donate for a special remembrance sign to line the remembrance mile; signs must be purchased each year, are not reused, and should remain on the designated mile until after the ceremony when signs may be picked up. Registrants can submit a child’s name to be read at the remembrance ceremony and to be included in the printed ceremony program, on the back of race shirts, and on the name remembrance sign. T shirts are guaranteed only for registrations completed by September 11, 2026.
Prizes and recognitions are part of the 5K competition, including top overall male and female finishers and age group awards.
