Event
The Queen Anne's Revenge Ultra is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Greenville, North Carolina. The event includes multiple options: a full 50k solo, a 50k relay, a 20k solo, and a 20k relay. All proceeds from the race will be donated to Heart for ENC. Race timing is provided by Run The East, LLC.
Course and logistics
The course is a 6.2-mile loop through River Park North. The full 50k requires five laps of the loop; the 20k requires two laps. Relay teams for the 50k may include 2 to 5 runners; teams will use a wristband for lap transitions.

- 50k (5 laps of the 6.2-mile loop)
- 20k (2 laps of the 6.2-mile loop)
Overflow parking will be at the old Greenville Utilities Mumford Road parking lot, 801 Mumford Rd, Greenville, NC 27834.
