Quantock Hills Half Marathon
The Quantock Hills Half Marathon is a trail race organised by Prosper Events and scheduled for 4 October 2026 at Kilve Court - SSE Outdoors, Kilve, Bridgewater, Somerset, TA5 1EA. Entry is listed at £32.50 and the event is open to entrants aged 18 and over on the event date.
The route runs through the Quantock Hills and includes technical trails, climbs, rolling hills, forests, quiet country lanes and open moorland. Along the course runners can expect stiles, gates, uneven rugged terrain and stream crossings where stepping stones or log balances may be involved. The event is a UTMB index race.
Course support includes marshals, plentiful signage and two fully stocked feed stations. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers, and all finishers receive a medal.
Weekend facilities and on site services are available. Options listed include camping, van parking and basic bunk houses. A pizza vendor is noted for the Saturday evening and there are local pubs nearby; a large fire pit may be used if the weather allows.
