Quad Cities Running Festival Half Marathon
The Quad Cities Running Festival is a point-to-point road event held along the Great River Trail on the Mississippi River, running from Port Byron to East Moline, Illinois. The event in 2026 includes three race options and a post-race celebration with live music.

Shuttle service is offered to both the 5K and Half Marathon starting points for a fee of $10 per person; a racing bib is required, space is limited and shuttles are capped at 215 runners per race. Dogs and strollers are not allowed on the shuttle. Shuttle passes are available in advance and at packet pickup while supplies last; there are no race day shuttle passes.
Aid stations on the Half Marathon course are located at miles 3, 5, 7, 8.5, 9, and 11.5 with water at all stations and additional items such as Gatorade, GU gel, and public bathrooms at specified stops. The 5K has an aid station at its halfway point. Two porta potties are available at the finish.
Packet pickup takes place before race day at Fleet Feet Davenport and race day pickup is hosted at Midwest Ale Works patio. The after party at Midwest Ale Works offers complimentary pancakes, coffee, water, and beer for participants showing a bib, plus a live 90s cover band performance.
