QCH3 Red Dress Run - 2027
The QCH3 Red Dress Run is a multi-day running and social event centered on the Red Dress Run main event in Davenport, Iowa on February 27, 2027. The weekend program includes three linked activities: a Pre-Lube hash, the Red Dress Run main event, and a Hangover hash the following day. Packet pickup occurs the day before at Kavanaugh's Hilltop in Rock Island and at the main venue, American Legion Post #26, on the day of the Red Dress Run. The Hangover hash and brunch take place in Moline.
Registration is offered in three formats: weekend registration covering Pre-Lube, Red Dress and Hangover trails; Red Dress Run only; and a Virtual Red Dress Run. Early, mid, and late registration price tiers are listed for each format, and virtual registration is available for remote participants. Registrants who register by January 1 are guaranteed event swag. The organizer states that proceeds are given directly to charity; the approved recipient for donations is Hudson Strong, a 501(c)(3) foundation that provides individualized support packages and advocacy for pediatric cancer patients, their siblings, and caregivers in Iowa.
The event page notes there is no late registration and no refunds. Age restrictions apply for packet pickup, and the weekend includes on-trail refreshments and post-trail food as part of the event experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
