Pumpkin Run 5K & Fun Run
The Pumpkin Run 5K and Fun Run take place during Pumpkin Fest 2026 at Betty Ann Market in Mascoutah, IL. The event is hosted at 95 Mascoutah Plaza and lists proceeds from the race to benefit Without Limits Playground Mascoutah, an inclusive play space.

All participants receive a Pumpkin Run race shirt, and 5K finishers receive a Pumpkin Run medal. Age categories for men and women are 6 to 10 years, 11 to 13 years, 14 to 17 years, 18 to 29 years, 30 to 39 years, 40 to 49 years, and 50 and up.
A Pumpkin Carry Challenge is available for participants who register for the Fun Run or the 5K. Pumpkins are purchased on race day and 100% of pumpkin purchase proceeds go to Without Limits Playground Mascoutah. Pumpkins are weighed after participants cross the finish line.
Packet pick-up is available the Friday before the event and on race day. Festivities before and after the runs include live music and entertainment, a 50/50 raffle, refreshments and food trucks, a corn maze, and pumpkins for sale. Results can be posted automatically on race day for participants who connect a Twitter account. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
