Peeples Pumpkin Run 2026
The 23rd annual Pumpkin Run takes place on October 30, 2026 at Peeples Elementary School, 153 Panther Path, Fayetteville, GA 30215. The event is organized by the Peeples Elementary PTO and the Peachtree City Rotary Club and includes races, food trucks, costumes, prizes and a DJ.
Race offerings include:
- 5K: chip timed by Elite Race Timing; USATF cert GA25065WC; Peachtree qualifier
- 1 Mile: same course as last year; not chip timed
- Kinder Run (0.4 Miles): for kindergarten and younger; starts on the school track
The 5K will be chip timed for 2026 and uses the same course as 2025. The 5K and 1 Mile registrations open July 20, 2026 and close September 4, 2026; the registration fee for each is $25.00. The Kinder Run registration opens July 20, 2026 and closes October 28, 2026; the registration fee is $15.00.
The Kinder Run begins on the track behind the school and will start at the same time as the 1 Mile. Volunteers will direct children away from the 1 Mile course toward the finish in the Peeples front parking lot. Parents may join children at the start, finish or along the trail; parents only need to register for the Kinder Run if they would like a shirt. Older students are not permitted on the Kinder Run course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
