Puinduinrun

The Puinduinrun is a challenging cross-country running event held in the scenic Puinduinen near Kijkduin, Den Haag, since 2004. Participants can choose from three distances: 3.5 km (1 lap), 7 km (2 laps), and 10.5 km (3 laps). The course tests runners' skills in technique, strength, endurance, and character, making it a unique experience.

All finishers receive a commemorative gift, while the top three male and female runners in each distance category earn prizes, including cash awards for the longest distance.
