Polska Running Team Festival (PRT Running Festival)
Polska Running Team Festival is a road running event held at Rockland Lake State Park, Parking Lot #2, 299 Rockland Lake Rd., Valley Cottage. The event includes multiple distance options plus a separate Kids Run.
Distances:
- 15K (three 5K loops)
- 10K (two 5K loops)
- 5K (one loop)
- Kids Run
The start and finish share the same location for the 5K, 10K and 15K courses. Runners in the multi-loop distances must pass through the finish line on each loop to ensure accurate split times and final results.
Amenities noted for participants include a T-shirt, a finisher medal for the first 100 registrants, access to a swimming pool, a playground for children, and an after-race picnic. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each distance. Live online results, same day finish-line photos and video are provided.
In-person bib pickup is available from event staff; registering three weeks in advance allows a personalized bib. Virtual participants may submit times and photos during the event's virtual upload window. Bibs for mailed entries are sent the Monday before the event and may take 3–5 days to arrive.
