PRT Running Festival : Rockland Lake State Park
The PRT Running Festival is a community running event held on May 31, 2026 at Rockland Lake State Park, Parking Lot #2, 299 Rockland Lake Rd., Valley Cottage. The festival marks the 19th anniversary of the Polska Running Team and includes both in-person and virtual participation options.

The course is based on a single loop of approximately 5K. Runners in the 10K complete two loops and runners in the 15K complete three loops. Start and finish share the same location for all distances. Runners in multi-loop distances must pass through the finish line on each loop to obtain accurate 5K splits and finish times.
Event amenities listed by the organizer include a T-shirt, a finisher medal for the first 100 registrants, access to a swimming pool and playground, and an after race picnic. Awards are given to the top three men and top three women in each distance.
Bib pickup is offered in person on race day; registering three weeks in advance qualifies a participant for a personalized bib. Virtual participants can upload times and photos beginning May 31 and through June 7. Virtual bibs are mailed the Monday prior to the event, with typical postal delivery allowance of 3 to 5 days.
