Pride 5K: Walk, Run, & Roll - Moline
This event is presented by The Project of the Quad Cities and is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Bass Street Landing Plaza, River Drive, Moline, IL. It offers in-person race distances plus a virtual participation option.
Distances offered:
- 1-mile fun run (turnaround at the first roundabout)
- 5K
- 10K
- Virtual participation including race t-shirt and medal
The course follows city streets and the Great River Trail. Runners travel south on 17th Street, turn left onto River Drive, then left onto 19th Street, follow 19th Street onto 1st Avenue, and turn left onto the Great River Trail. The 1-mile run turns at the first roundabout. The 5K continues to Sylvan Gateway Park before returning, and the 10K continues along the Great River Trail to a turnaround point just before Schwiebert Riverfront Park, then returns along the same path.
Packet pickup is available Wednesday, June 24 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, June 25 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 4101 John Deere Rd., Moline, IL 61265. Race day packet pickup is available the morning of the event.
Base registration fees listed are $25 for the 1-mile, $40 for the 5K, $50 for the 10K, and $35 for the virtual entry. Cash prizes are awarded for top finishers in the 5K and 10K, with amounts for places one through five specified for each race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
